I strive to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you learn more about yourself, gain skills to navigate life’s challenges, and live an authentic, fulfilled life. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families affected by depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma, stress, socioeconomic challenges, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I enjoy working with LGBQ, transgender, and gender non-binary clients. In my practice, I utilize person-centered, relational, mindfulness-based cognitive, and acceptance and commitment therapies. The foundation of my work is based on the importance of developing a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship. I provide culturally responsive therapy in both English and Spanish.
